Located in Haihe Education Park, Jinnan District, Tianjin, the school covers an area of over 4,000 square meters and a building area of over 3,600 square meters. The school attaches importance to advanced, environmentally friendly and healthy hardware facilities. Children can play with sands, play slides, and climb walls in the large-scale multi-functional playground. The kindergarten is equipped with a fresh air system, which gives children a high-quality growing environment. With all these efforts, the school hopes to create a scientific, professional, and distinctive city-level demonstration kindergarten that benefits the public.

It takes A-STEM as its teaching feature and sets up various classrooms such as STEAM Science Lab, LEGO Future City, Do Re Mi of A-STEM, and Voice of A-STEM for students to conduct activities. Characteristic courses cover five major fields and eight major abilities. A-STEM TV Station course, scientific experiment course, Motor Quotient course, Lego construction course, and Orff music course can give full play to children's potential, expand their international horizons, and stimulate their curiosity, imagination, creativity and confidence.

In 2021, the kindergarten introduced the "Solutions to Improve Child Enrollment Maturity Level" curriculum system to provide scientific education methods for senior grades so they can be qualified enough to enter the primary school, and was thus awarded the honorary title of "Child Enrollment Maturity Level Training Base". In the same year, the school introduced the "MCC Music Literacy Comprehensive Course" with the aim to"inherit Chinese studies, carry forward national rhyme, cultivate talents and strengthen national voice", thus improving children's art and culture literacy. Meanwhile, the kindergarten has become the designated cooperative unit of China Conservatory of Music's grade appraisal examination place.
